Lucy Developments, in partnership with OX Place, is thrilled to announce the Marston Paddock project, a new housing development in Marston, Oxford. The project highlights include:
– Affordable Housing: Initially approved for 20 affordable homes and 20 market-sale homes, the entire project will now offer 100% affordable housing. This includes 21 council homes for social rent and 19 shared ownership homes, making it easier for local residents to access quality housing.
– Sustainable Design: The homes will feature energy-efficient designs, including enhanced insulation, high-performance windows and air source heat pumps. These measures are expected to surpass national carbon reduction targets by 56%, ensuring eco-friendly living spaces.
– Community-Centric Layout: The development will consist of 26 houses and 14 flats arranged around a central green space. Each home will have private outdoor areas, such as gardens, terraces, or balconies, promoting a vibrant and connected community atmosphere.
– Sustainable Travel:With secure cycle storage, electric vehicle charging points, and a new cycle route connecting to the A40 cycle path, Marston Paddock is designed to encourage sustainable travel options for residents.
