We are actively looking for land and development acquisitions in Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties, typically delivering between 2 and 30 homes on any scheme. We will buy land with or without planning consent or partner with the land owner to unlock the development potential of the site.
We are funded using the Lucy Group borrowing reserves which means that we have ready access to capital and most importantly we make acquisition decisions quickly. We have ambitious growth plans and our aim is to continue to identify and secure land to deliver this growth.
Our experienced land buying team work with the best designers and consultants. We have an excellent relationship with the local planning authorities who appreciate our collaborative approach and sensitive design and know that we build a quality product that’s appropriate within its surroundings and that we will engage with local residents to minimise objection. The considered approach has proved to be successful with over 90% of our planning applications being approved at local authority level.
