All of our homes come with a 10 year structural warranty. This is from the build completion date of the home.
The defects insurance period covers the first two years of this policy. During this period any defects covered by the policy must be reported to our customer care team.
The structural insurance period covers your property for the remainder of the policy. To make a claim you will need to contact the relevant provider.
For homes reserved after 13th June 2025 we follow the New Homes Quality Code.
